Baby Maker is a story about a thirty-one-year-old lady who is advised of pregnancy by her doctor after a myomectomy. She is pressured by this and attempts both the artificial and natural ways of getting pregnant, which however affects her friendship with her longtime male best friend.
I would say that the storyline is nice and quite captivating, and I also love that it attempts to shed light on one of the common health challenges faced by women. Though pregnancy does not automatically avoid the chances of fibroid regrowth.

Babymaker goes on to remind me why I like Kunle Remi so much… he always delivers, and he is one of the few male actors that can pull off an emotional or romantic scene right. It takes talent and professionalism for that; I give him kudos for that! I like how the sex scene was somewhat awkward at their first attempt, and how the second attempt felt clumsy, very exciting on Kunle’s part as he has been wanting it for a long time, and then goes on to be quite engrossing and quite intense for the two, it tells much about their character and their feelings.
Nasa did pretty well in her acting, I mean considering that the story is hers and she produced the film, no one best knows how to interpret her script, except her. I like her style and all in the film, but her hair! they just didn’t get to set it right in most scenes.
I love the storyline, though, getting pregnant just after one sex was disappointing and too cliché.
So, if you are in need of a movie with romance, drama, and a representation of friendship, baby maker is the movie for you.
So, on behalf of the limn crew, we give this beautiful piece an 8/10
